When redoing bathrooms most people are surprised to find how much damage is caused by tiny leaks in the seals. This was the case when I replaced this shower for a tub. Many people with limited mobility find showers much easier to access.

I have low-cost solutions for fixed budget families in these situations.

The Kimball Theatre

Colonial Williamsburg's' Kimball Theatre was gutted and renovated in 2000. I was hired as the master carpenter to redo the exterior cornice and interior trim including the arching beams.

Burlington Plantation

Originally part of the property built by President John Tyler. By the mid 2000's the property was in shambles. Later purchased by the Cundari family, I was hired to tear down the inferior additions to the home and restore the manor. I also added a small separate residence- which can be seen on the left.

The plantation and surrounding property now serve as a spectacular venue for weddings and large parties.
